My Body, My Choice

Support & Resources for Reproductive Services

On June 24, 2022 the Supreme Court overturned Roe vs. Wade. Roe vs. Wade was a decision of the U.S Supreme Court in which the court ruled that the Constitution of the United States generally protects a pregnant woman’s liberty to choose to have an abortion. This news brings Urban Triage and those affected all over the country an unfathomable amount of sadness, pain, frustration, and uncertainty. We understand how important it is to take action and provide solutions and resources “For Us, By Us”. We stand with women and those who may become pregnant, and their ability to choose what’s right for THEIR BODIES.

As a result of the decision made on June 24, Urban Triage will pivot to meet the needs of the communities that are most vulnerable. We’ll be providing intentional outreach and community engagement to agencies and institutions that serve vulnerable youth, women, and people within the LGBTQIA+ community. We’ll form partnerships, and provide educational resources and events, workshops and mental wellness services. We’ll also create an asset map and develop a resource page by way of our website to ensure that people have access to the services and support. In addition, our Supporting Healthy Black Families Youth workgroup curriculum will be expanded to include Reproduction Rights and additional resources to support participants.

Take a look at our resources and services below! This webpage will evolve as we secure more support and resources to help those in need of reproductive health services!
