We are searching for an Executive Assistant to support our CEO and provide high-level, confidential administrative support. The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication on all matters pertaining to the CEO. Additionally, this candidate’s daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, conducting research, running reports, entering data into our system, and handling information requests. You will also perform clerical duties, such as running business errands, preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings, setting up travel arrangements, taking notes at meetings, assisting with bookkeeping, and supporting the CEO in whatever capacity necessary to assure productivity. Our ideal candidate can manage a large, diverse workload and knows how to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
