Our Security Deposit and Rental Support initiative is open. Our staff is eager to provide exceptional customer service to our community through our stigma-free call center and in-person drop-in hours for Dane County residents. This initiative includes assistance with security deposit and rent for up to three months.

Completing this form does not guarantee financial support. It is an intake form only. An Urban Triage representative will determine eligibility. Please APPLY for support 2 to 3 weeks before payment is due. Our turnaround time for processing all requests is approximately two weeks from the date all documents are verified.

Program Requirements:

  • Must live in Dane County
  • Must have an income of 50% or below Average Median Income
  • Must have signed lease
  • Must be impacted by COVID-19
