What We Do

Our Inititatives

Our programming is responsive to the needs of our communities, combining direct services with transformational education, social connection, wraparound support, and direct advocacy. Our programming falls into three buckets: Cultivating Healthy Youth, Cultivating Healthy Communities, and Cultivating Co-conspirators.

Direct Services
Services that empower Black families toward self-sufficiency
Transformational Education
Our educational workshops empower individuals and families to thrive in their communities.
Agricultural Initiatives
Agriculture is not just about growing food, it’s about growing freedom, healing, and community wealth.

Housing Navigation Services

In collaboration with Dane County, we strive to provide compassionate, caring, and culturally sensitive services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness, as defined by HUD, which includes residing on the streets, in a car, or a shelter.

Cultivating Co-Conspirators
