We're thrilled to welcome Micha Pruitt as a Housing Navigation Specialist at Urban Triage in Madison, Wisconsin! Micha is dedicated to supporting individuals and families in securing stable housing and navigating the challenges posed by systemic barriers.

Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Micha brings a unique combination of professional expertise and lived experience that allows her to connect deeply with the people she serves. She is passionate about creating safe spaces where individuals feel valued, respected, and uplifted, with a special focus on empowering Black communities.

Outside of work, Micha enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, cooking, and participating in community events, activities that keep her grounded and inspire her continued commitment to community-centered work.
