Dernisha Moore

Dernisha Moore is a proud member of Urban Triage family, dedicated to serving the community she calls home. Born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin, she is a graduate of La Follette High School. She began her higher education journey at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh before transferring to Georgia State University to continue her studies.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Dernisha is a devoted mother to her vibrant and intelligent daughter, whose energy and curiosity keep life exciting. Passionate about making a difference, she always been driven by a deep commitment to helping others. Through her work at Urban Triage, she actively engages with individuals and families, ensuring they have access to the resources, support, and opportunities needed to thrive.
