Cooper Talbot brings over a decade of dedicated community engagement to her role as Agriculture Program Bilingual Lead at Urban Triage. Originally from New Jersey, Cooper has been a vibrant part of the Madison community for more than 10 years, notably as the host of "Her Infinite Variety," a WORT 89.9 FM radio show that highlights women's voices in music.
Cooper first joined Urban Triage in 2022 as a Bilingual Rental Support and Outreach Specialist, where her passion for people and results-driven mindset shined. In 2025, Cooper stepped into her current leadership role within our Agriculture Program, bringing her signature energy and commitment to growth, both literally and figuratively.
With deep roots in community empowerment, Cooper thrives on creating spaces that cultivate healing, learning, and joy. She's fueled by music, fashion, DJ'ing, and all things agriculture. Whether behind the mic or in the garden, Cooper continues to uplift those around her with authenticity, love, and unwavering dedication to Urban Triage's mission.
