We're excited to welcome Aniya Brown as our new Rapid Rehousing Case Manager! Aniya is deeply committed to empowering Black Americans and serving the community with compassion and professionalism.

She holds a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice and an Associate's in Medical Coding, bringing a unique blend of skills to her role. With extensive experience working with diverse communities, Aniya understands the challenges families face in securing stable housing and is passionate about creating pathways to long-term success.

Her background in security management has strengthened her ability to assess situations and respond effectively, always guided by integrity and empathy. At Urban Triage, Aniya will be advocating for clients, connecting them to essential resources, and fostering an environment of dignity, stability, and self-sufficiency.
