Our Founder & CEO is honored to serve as the Keynote Speaker for Black Herstory Day ’26 at the Eclipse Center in Beloit.

Seen & Unseen: Truth Lives Beyond the Headlines

This talk is deeply personal. It explores what it means to live and lead as a Black woman in a world where Black women are too often visible only in their suffering and invisible in their resilience, labor, and worth. It centers the stories that are told, the ones that are left out, and the truth that exists beyond headlines, reports, and assumptions.

She will share reflections from her journey as a survivor, advocate, and Founder & CEO of Urban Triage, highlighting the often unseen labor, accountability, healing, and leadership required to build systems of care rooted in dignity and truth.
